By accessing or using Regime Atlas™, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Product
Regime Atlas™ is an informational TradingView tool that provides daily structural regime classification and risk context. It does not provide trading signals, investment advice, execution services, portfolio management, or individualized recommendations.
2. No Financial Advice
All content, website material, documentation, and script outputs are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in the TradingView script constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, risk management, and trading outcomes.
3. Access
Access is granted on an invite-only basis and may be revoked at any time at our discretion, including after cancellation, non-payment, misuse, breach of these terms, or refund issuance.
4. Payments and Founding Price Locks
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you agree to the stated pricing and billing cycle.
Any founding price lock applies only while the relevant subscription remains active and in good standing. If a subscription is cancelled, expires, is refunded, or otherwise lapses, the previous price lock may no longer apply.
5. Refund Policy
Refund terms are outlined separately on the Refund Policy page. The refund policy is an onboarding fit check, not a performance guarantee.
6. Intellectual Property
The Regime Atlas™ methodology, script implementation, calibration, classification logic, website content, and documentation are proprietary. Access does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to replicate the script or methodology.
7. Limitation of Liability
Regime Atlas™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, trading decisions, missed opportunities, market outcomes, or other consequences arising from use of the product.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, restrict, or discontinue the service, website, documentation, pricing, or access process at any time.
