1. Onboarding Fit Check
Regime Atlas offers a 7-day onboarding refund window from the date access is granted.
This refund window is intended to confirm whether the tool fits your workflow, timeframe, and TradingView process.
2. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of access being granted.
Refund eligibility is limited to the first subscription period for a new user.
3. Limitations
The refund policy is not a performance guarantee and does not apply based on trading outcomes, market movement, drawdown behavior, profitability, missed trades, or whether a specific asset behaves as expected.
Subsequent payments are non-refundable once the onboarding window has passed.
4. Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, access to the TradingView script may be revoked and any founding price lock may no longer apply.
